the challenge – day 7

One week!

Eats

Bfast: coffee with cream (my weekend treat)
Lunch: broccoli and cheese
Snack: cottage cheese
Dinner: chicken enchilada stew with a flour tortilla and soda

It was half a large tortilla since I split it with Caleb. But I drank the entire can of soda by myself. 🙂

No workout.
