weight update

wow, it’s been almost 2 months since my last update!  aaaaand i’m still stuck. 😦

reasons i’m not as bummed as i normally would be:

  • i started running again 3 times a week.  i *feel* different .  i need to get out my measuring tape and compare to my spring results and see if there is a difference there.
  • i started taking thyroid medicine again for hypothyroidism.  i no longer need to take naps during the day and i don’t feel as tired after exercising.
  • i’ve been focusing more on my home these days.  getting back into a good routine for blessing it and keeping it a relaxing place for my boys.
  • along with that last one, i’ve been focusing on hospitality and what it really means to die to self and that the other people you live with are more important than you.
