and just like that 8.3% of my weight is GONE since September!
here are some of my long-term goals (this is a repost from my photography blog):
8.8% by the end of november (baby weight GONE!)
11.7% by the end of december (wedding weight)
17% by the end of april (desired weight)
i’m not at all disappointed that i didn’t reach these goals (yet) at these times. i look back and i was able to work hard, because i set the bar high (really high, apparently).
so, i have a LOT of hard work to do before may.
i better get going.
